The new SUZUKI DF350AMD features Suzuki's first integrated steering system, a solution that frees up space in the aft cockpit, requiring no additional equipment.
With its newly refined gearcase housing, the transmission oil flow path has been redesigned to reduce oil temperature rise, thereby improving reliability. The front width of the new housing has been reduced by about 4%, allowing a significant increase in top speed (+2%) without higher fuel consumption. This new gearcase housing is available in 2 shaft lengths: extra long (X - 25’’ – 635 mm) and ultra long (XX - 30’’ – 762 mm).
As a final innovation, this engine features a transmission oil change system that facilitates maintenance and ensures better energy efficiency, further enhanced by the reduction of oil volume from 3.2L to 2.8L.
Optionally, there is an electric power-assisted "steer-by-wire" system that can be paired with a Joystick, greatly easing docking maneuvers!
