With more torque (3.1% more), combined with the offset drive head with 2-stage reduction, this new engine generates more power across the entire rev range. Even on heavier or more heavily loaded boats, the DF150A pushes performance to the next level.
The DF150A now shares the same block as the renowned DF200A. Large displacement and precision engineering offer better acceleration at low and mid-range speeds. This meets our customers' desires for high performance combined with fuel efficiency.
This new outboard benefits from proven technologies found on Suzuki’s "Ultimate" 4-stroke engines, ensuring year after year increased reliability. A knock sensor preserves engine smoothness to improve its lifespan. An oxygen sensor enhances block efficiency, and the Suzuki water detection system protects the engine from the effects of poor combustion, stalling, and corrosion.
