In 2019, three new models will join the Terhi motorboat range. The hull of the three models is identical; the difference lies in the positioning of the consoles.
The Terhi 450 C is the offset console version of the new model. This offset console boat is particularly suitable for carrying loads, setting and retrieving fishing nets, serving as a shuttle, or for small trips or casting fishing. Its solid structure and stability make it a boat suitable for family use.
The hull of the Terhi 450 is the same as the Terhi 445, but its transom has been reinforced with an aluminum plate which allows the installation of a 40 hp engine. A more powerful engine is especially practical if the boat is used to carry heavy loads or if the boat usually carries 4 to 5 people. The additional power also facilitates planing; that said, the load also influences the planing threshold. The new model retains the characteristics of the Terhi 445 that made it successful: the practical folding bench, the four lockable storage compartments, and the oar storage.
The 450 C model is remotely controlled and its console is located on starboard. The navigation station, windshield, and windshield handrail are sold with the boat. The side and rear handrails and the front railings are sold separately. It is also possible to install an optional sunbed at the front which, reinforced, can also be used for fishing. Optional equipment includes, among others, handrails, front rails, fishfinder mount, rear canopy, console cover, storage cover, rod holders for fishing, and upholstery. Equip your boat to suit your needs.
Like all Terhi boats, the 450 models are made of ABS with a double hull. The space between the inner and outer hull contains polyurethane foam that does not absorb water. This sandwich structure makes the boats extremely strong, safe, and unsinkable. The polyurethane foam serves as a buoy and reduces hull noise. Terhi boats come with a 4-year warranty.
