General condition:
This 2000 unit is in good overall condition. Indeed, all upholstery and covers are in good shape. The teak on the swim platform and cockpit is starting to show some signs of wear in frequently used areas.
The hull does not show any particular issues. The deck needs a thorough cleaning and polishing of the non-slip areas.

Exterior:
The hull and superstructure are free from any signs of delamination or cracking. The very spacious teak swim platform is in good condition, although the joints in the central part are beginning to fade.
In the cockpit area, all the cushions in the seating areas are in very good condition, as well as those at the helm station.
At the controls, we find a very complete dashboard and all navigation instruments are fully functional.
The entire camping cover is equipped with clear panels at the front and micro-perforated sections.
The icemaker has been removed to make space for a storage locker.

Interior:
Linings, woodwork, carpets, and upholstery are all in very good condition and presentation. The owner’s cabin is compartmentalized. Then a mid cabin and the convertible saloon provide 4 additional berths. The galley is equipped with a ceramic hob and a large refrigerator with freezer.
Finally, at the foot of the stairs on port side, the bathroom with its electric toilet is quite spacious for a 36-foot boat. All interior equipment is operational. The boat is equipped with an integrated vacuum system.

Mechanical:
Maintenance is performed by Volvo Penta according to the manufacturer’s plan. Invoices available. The boat is ready to sail.

Electronics:
The boat is equipped with an autopilot coupled to the GPS, a plotter, a sounder, a chain counter, a VHF, electric flaps, and a sound system. All these devices are in working order.
